Construction programme × site drawing

See the programme
where the work happens.

SeqncMap connects your construction programme to the site drawing — giving planners, project managers and the field one clear view of what happens, where and when.

The schedule tells you when. SeqncMap puts it on the drawing.

The missing layer

Your schedule knows when.
Your drawing knows where.

SeqncMap connects the two without replacing the planning tools you already use. Keep the detailed programme in P6 or your preferred scheduler. Use SeqncMap to make the plan understandable to everyone else.

Built for construction teams

Less explaining.
More seeing.

Designed around the information people actually use on site: drawings, zones, phases and dates, and the cranes, laydowns and haul roads that serve them.

01 / LOCATION

Put the programme on the drawing.

Link programme activities to zones on your PDF site plan and see exactly where work is planned.

02 / TIME

Move through the project.

Scrub the timeline and see what is finished, active and upcoming at any point in the programme.

03 / FIELD

Give the field a link.

Read-only browser access. No account, no app, no training and nothing to maintain.

04 / REPORT

Print the plan, period by period.

Generate a dated phase-plan report with one page per day, week or month. Each page shows the site plan with the zones at work, and tables of what starts, runs and finishes in that period. Save it as PDF for the programme pack or the site-office wall.

  • A site plan for every period
  • Starting, active and finishing work
  • Your logo on every page
  • Logistics layouts included
A SeqncMap report page for 13 to 19 October 2026: the report-range timeline, the site plan with the zones active that week, and tables of the activities starting, active and finishing in the period
05 / LOGISTICS

Plan the site logistics on the same drawing.

Place cranes, fixed or track-mounted, mark laydown areas and route haul roads from the gate. Coverage, lift cycle time and haul distances update as you drag, and the layout flags a haul road that is too narrow for the design vehicle.

  • Crane reach and coverage
  • Lift cycle time
  • Gate-to-laydown haul distance
  • In the report and the shared view
SeqncMap Logistics mode: a crane's reach circle over two work zones, a haul road routed from the site gate, and a layout readout showing 69.7% coverage, a 0.9 minute lift cycle and a warning that a haul road is too narrow
